Return Policy
All cosmetic sales and sale items are final sale. No exceptions. Items
damaged, unused and not opened may be returned within 10 days for an
internet store credit. For items received past the 14 days there will
be a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for shipping
charges. The order must be returned with all the original packaging,
including original invoice. Items purchased via the internet may not
be returned to our retail store.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is missing any items or has arrived damaged, please get
in touch with us right away Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
1(305)-669-9220. Let us now what happened to your items and we will
ccommodate you the best we can.
Refunds are not allowed.
Before we ship your precious items, they are inspected thoroughly.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Internet Credit
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our
Return Policy that determine an internet credit, a customer will be
issued a code. To use your internet credit, simply place a new order
online and in the coupon code section during checkout simply write the
code given.
